On May 15th at 6pm, the Town of Canandaigua will be discussing their updated local law on short term rentals.
The Town Ordinance Committee has been working on updating their online application to a process similar to those in neighboring townships. Last we knew, the new local law would include changes in the registration fee, occupancy, application process along with stricter violations.
